Do I need to find a sponsoring employer first?
No. Our program's goal is: first help you build a career foundation where "employers dare to nominate and lawyers dare to take the case." After 6 months, you'll have relevant work experience, real project cases, and reference letters, then we help you find potentially willing sponsors through our employer network.
How does this program help me become a "nomination-worthy" candidate?
We design your position and duties from a skills assessment perspective, ensuring high relevance to your future nominated occupation; accumulate relevant resume content through 400 hours of real projects; provide reference letters from Senior/Team Leader; ultimately form a candidate profile that employers and lawyers are willing to seriously consider.
What are the fees and timeline?
The total program fee is AUD 50,000, paid in three installments. The entire program takes about 6 months. Fees include career analysis, paid training, 400 hours of project practice, career packaging, and employer referrals. Subsequent 482/186 application fees are quoted separately by the law firm.
What guarantees do you offer?
We do not sell visas or guarantee any sponsorship outcomes. 482/186 plans and applications are handled entirely by our partner law firm.
