Payment Structure
Total Price
All practical phases are paid hourly with PAYG wages and employer-contributed Super. Wages are settled separately from training fees.
Service Process
Upon signing
- Deep dive into your background: major, courses, grades, past internships/part-time work, interests
- Target market analysis: hot positions in your target city like Marketing Assistant, Junior Analyst, Content, etc.
- Define short-term positioning: the role you should be qualified for in 6 months
- Plan medium-term direction: 3-5 year career path (e.g., Assistant → Specialist → Senior)
Deliverables
- Entry-level Career Path & Market Analysis Report
- 6-month Training Plan (tools to learn, projects to complete, portfolio structure)
Training Onboarding
- Join our in-house Marketing team as Trainee/Junior Assistant
- Learn essential tools: Google Ads / Meta Ads / GA4 / Collaboration tools (Notion, Trello, etc.)
- Complete real but low-risk tasks: data organization, content collection, basic reports, draft copy
- Learn real workplace norms: how to write update emails, respond to tasks, deliver on time
From this stage, you'll receive real PAYG wages and Super. Mistakes are allowed - our goal is to get you from "complete beginner" to "can work in a real environment."
Portfolio Building
- Assigned to a project team led by at least 2 Seniors
- Participate in real client projects: Ad campaigns, brand/channel operations, data analysis & reporting, content planning & landing page optimization
- Under Senior guidance, define your "responsibility breakdown"
- Ensure you can clearly explain in interviews: "What I specifically did in this project"
Goals
- Produce 2-3 complete project cases for your resume that can withstand detailed questioning
- Achieve 400+ hours of real project participation and work records
- Advance from "can use tools" to "can solve problems"
All practical hours are paid hourly with employer-contributed Super.
Interview/Onboarding Coaching
- Career packaging: Chinese/English resumes (2-3 versions customized for different directions)
- Complete LinkedIn Profile optimization
- Organize 2-3 projects into structured Portfolio (PDF / PPT / Notion)
- Added to our employer network pool with referrals for suitable positions
- Mock interviews focusing on "presenting your projects"
- Guidance on salary negotiation and surviving the crucial first 3 months

Who is this program for?

What does the 400-hour practical project involve?

What will I get after completing the program?

What does the fee include?
The total program fee is AUD 50,000, paid in three installments. It includes: 14-day career and market analysis, 14-day paid training onboarding, 400 hours of real project practice (paid), resume packaging and employer referrals, mock interviews and onboarding coaching. Initial consultation is completely free.
